To Switch to Wired Mode, turn off Bluetooth on your phone, and the speakers will automatically switch back to wired connection. You can then reconnect your iPhone via Bluetooth.

If you're unable to pair the Bluetooth successfully, try the following steps: 1. Delete the existing "x11 PLUS" pairing name. 2. Search for "x11 PLUS" and pair it again.

If the sound is too quiet, you can adjust the volume in three places: (1) Adjust the volume on the web pages or apps you're using (2) Adjust the volume on the x11 PLUS computer speakers (3) Adjust the system volume on your computer or laptop
